HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 36 am Suspending                               
Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State                  
Legislature concerning Senate Bill No. 247, relating to state leases           
and to state lease-purchase and lease-financing agreements, which              
had been held in second reading (page 4492) was before the Senate              
on final passage.                                                              
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                        
NO. 36 am Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e)                 
of the Alaska State Legislature concerning Senate Bill No. 247,                
relating to state leases and to state lease-purchase and lease-financing       
agreements, pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the following
